Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind, except where required by law. Please review size charts and product details before ordering.
If something is wrong with your order
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we will work with our print partner to resolve it.
To help us fix the issue quickly, please include:

A clear photo of the issue (and the product label/packaging if available)

A short description of the problem
For many manufacturing and product issues, reports should be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
In many cases, a replacement or refund may be offered, and you may not be required to return the damaged item.
Refund timing
If a refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.
