• Delivery times vary by product, destination, and carrier.

• If tracking is available, it will be sent to you after your order ships.

Shipping address accuracy

Please double check your shipping address before completing checkout. If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible. If production or shipping has already started, changes may not be possible.

International orders

International orders may be subject to taxes, duties, or import fees. If import duties or fees apply, the carrier may collect them on delivery.

Problems with delivery

If your shipment is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but not received, contact us and we will help you investigate next steps. For certain shipping and product issues, reports may need to be submitted within 30 days of delivery or the estimated delivery date.
